Food production is responsible for a third of all planet-heating gases emitted by human activity, so addressing this issue greatly impacts keeping global temperatures as low as possible.  Supporting regenerative farming practices prioritising cutting greenhouse gas emissions, soil health, and water conservation is vital to solving this problem. Here in Suffolk, we are fortunate to have some of those farmers who are making a difference.
